Cancellation Policy: We understand that life happens and sometimes appointments need to be canceled. Should you need to cancel or reschedule, we ask that you let us know at least 24-hours in advance. Group cancellations of four or more require 48-hour notice. If these notification requirements are not met, you will be charged a fee of 50% of the full service price.  

No Shows: Guests who miss their appointments without giving any prior notification will be charged in full for the scheduled service(s). 

Late Arrivals: Please arrive 10-15 minutes prior to the scheduled starting time. All treatment sessions have a specific time schedule and early arrival allows for a relaxed and unhurried experience. If late arrival is inevitable, your service may be shortened in order to keep on schedule and the original reservation fee will be charged.

Existing and New Medical Conditions: It is the responsibility of the guest to keep us informed of any changes in health conditions.

For clients undergoing chemo and radiation therapies – Please note that we require a doctor’s note that states the doctor is aware of and agrees to the desired treatment.

Service Guarantees & Refunds: We want you to have an amazing experience! If your services are not meeting your expectations, please let us know during your treatment or within 24 hours after your service has been performed. We will do our best to make it right which may include a refund or credit.

Right to Refuse Service: For the health and safety of our guests and staff, our staff has the right to refuse service to anyone behaving improperly, intoxicated or if their state of health may influence the effects of the service. If this happens, you will be charged in full for the scheduled service(s) and you will not be permitted to return. 

Conversation: You may choose to talk or not talk during the massage. Conversation will be guided by the client’s direction.
